BRIEF
Create a postcard to promote MCA and its "ON TYPE - 100 YEARS OF TYPOGRAPHY" Exhibition to MCA members, industry members and the general public.
CONCEPT
For this project I created a geometric sans serif large big bold type design which was combined in a grid to form the cover of the post card. This was paired with Helvetica, the most well known typeface of the last 100 years and grotesque sans serif that has stood the test of time since its inception right through to the modern day. It is neutral meaning that it can be used with anything. The Australia Post template was used as a starting point for the rear of the postcard. The design adds my signature style and reflects the geometric architecture of the MCA building. The aqua colour was sampled from the MCA building windows to provide a glimpse of whats contained therein.
